Cookie Notice
This notice explains the categories of cookies and similar storage AegisRail uses to operate, secure, and understand the product.
Strictly Necessary Storage
AegisRail uses authentication cookies, session state, CSRF-related storage, and workspace selection cookies to keep users signed in and route them to the correct organization.
These cookies are required for the service to function and cannot be disabled through the product without breaking authentication or workspace access.
Security And Operations
Operational telemetry may include route names, response status, duration, release, environment, and internal IDs. This data helps detect incidents, cron failures, webhook failures, and ingest spikes.
Sensitive values such as tokens, passwords, API keys, raw request bodies, webhook URLs, prompts, completions, and payment details must be redacted before reaching observability systems.
Analytics And Replay
When enabled, PostHog product analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure page views, activation funnels, feature usage, and masked session replay.
Session replay is configured to mask text, inputs, and element attributes. Replay should remain disabled or limited where local law or customer policy requires opt-in consent.
Managing Preferences
Customers can disable optional analytics at the deployment configuration level. Browser controls can block some cookies, but doing so may affect authentication and product behavior.
