Terms of Service
These terms define the baseline responsibilities for using AegisRail. Commercial order forms or written agreements may add or override terms for a specific customer.
Use Of The Service
AegisRail provides software for AI observability, evaluations, compliance workflows, incident tracking, and evidence management. Customers are responsible for their users, workspace configuration, and data submitted to the service.
Users must not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, plan limits, rate limits, or security controls.
Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of their data. AegisRail processes customer data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable agreement.
Customers must ensure they have the rights and notices required to submit AI traces, eval cases, user feedback, evidence, and operational metadata to AegisRail.
Security Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining account security, managing workspace membership, rotating API keys, and limiting raw trace retention to approved use cases.
AegisRail may suspend or restrict access to protect the service, customers, or third parties from abuse, security incidents, or legal risk.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy or another approved billing provider. Subscription state, plan gates, usage limits, taxes, refunds, cancellations, and invoices are governed by the selected plan and billing provider flow.
If self-serve subscription management is unavailable, customers should contact support for cancellation, payment method, or invoice requests.
Disclaimers
AegisRail helps teams organize evidence and operational controls, but it does not provide legal, audit, compliance, or security certification advice.
Customers remain responsible for final regulatory interpretations, audit submissions, customer-facing disclosures, and AI system decisions.
Changes
AegisRail may update these terms as the product and launch posture evolve. Material changes should be communicated through the product, email, or customer agreement process.
